They provide reasonably priced key cutting services. The gentlemen there was really helpful with my key copying requests. He asked me to come later since it required special blanks. Would definitely go again. Being card only is the only minus.

The worst laundry ever! I went there in the morning 11am ! I asked them if I can have 4 dresses ironed but I specially needed them in the evening because I was going away for my birthday ! They said they will definitely iron for me so I could pick them up after 5pm that evening! Also I left 2 items for alterations a pair of shorts and a blouse! At 5pm I went to collect my 4 dresses and they have not been touched so I asked for everything back as they had done nothing! I then discovered they had lost my blouse claiming they had send it for alteration! But why send one and not the other?!? I then asked for my ticket back as prove that the blouse was in the alteration shop ,but he refused to give me one! This service is so bad I will never use them again and is not about my lost item but the way he treated me!

Awful service. Ruined a my curtains which I trusted them to clean, came back with a huge yellow stain on the front and the curtain lining slashed in numerous places. Didn't offer an apology, was extremely rude 'I did my job' and only gave me my money back as I refused to leave the shop. No mention of compensating for ruined item. Wish I had read the reviews prior to going. Do not visit.

Lessons I learned from my last visit to Be Smart - Dry Cleaners, titled: How not to provide customer service: 1. When confronted by an unhappy customer, start off by telling them you recorded their last visit on CCTV. 2. Do not apologise for the multiple mistakes that have been made with the customer’s order, and offer excuses instead. Never apologise! 3. As a sign of good will, offer to waive the fees for the extra services the customer never asked you to provide. 4. Don’t give up on £2 pounds to appease your regular customer, you must consider your ego and always be right! 5. Be sure to tell the customer who you failed to serve as promised, that you don’t want customers like them anyway, because the dry cleaning service is booming, and you must act like an empire to become an empire!

They charged me twice because they lost the record of my payment. He didn’t even have enough ethics to give me the change from my second payment! Stay away from these guys or atleast take a video of yourself paying so they don’t try steal double the money from you.
