Reviews
I rang Southern Asbestos Solutions on a Wednesday afternoon and they arranged to come and do the asbestos test at midday on Friday. No one turned up, and at 4pm, four hours after the appointed time, they rang to say they weren't coming. They said they would ring back and arrange when they could come and they didn't. I rang the office myself but could not speak to the person who had arranged the appointment. My main contractor wasted an hour hanging about the site waiting for these people and it has delayed the text by five days. Asbestos testing and removal is a serious and inevitably urgent business and this is very unprofessional behaviour
