UNPROFESSIONAL, ALWAYS LATE and not organized and very rude owner. I have used SJP cleaning 3-4 times and I will not use them again. I chose this company based on a friend recommendation but they definitely not treat/respect all clients the same way
I had 2 incidents with them on top of the cleaner which never showed on time. 1st time 42min late, second time 1:50min late.
But what is unbelievable is that On Dec 26th I booked an end tenancy cleaning directly on the website like the previous time and the price was £87.50. I paid my booking and surprisingly the lady messaged me, after updating prices on her website and told me that what I paid for was an offer for November. Bear in Mind is End of December. And of course she made it look like I’ve done something wrong by telling me
That everyone else did it right, when she was the one who did not update her website in 2 months.
Fast forward, the transaction has been processed twice and I have now to report it as a fraudulent and cancel my card. I will never use this company again and don’t recommend.

Very professional cleaning!!! I booked a kitchen cleaning, and the experience is fantastic.
I used SJP for a deep shower clean. They were punctual, very professional with great affordable prices. I am pleased with the results.
