Unfortunately Vasilis, hasnt been coming to the shop to ensure smooth running due to covid 19. I much appreciate his service and honesty, I went today to have a tyre replaced and the chap quoted £30 so I agreed final bill £35, now for around another £12 I would have had a new tyre and it would have been balanced. I had the chap state the wheel is bad and needs rubbing down and placed some rim sealant glue around edges, now tbh, Vasilis does this anyways for me every time without fail, also balances the wheel, I wont be coming back to this tyre shop in a hurry, I clearly explained to these lads that Vasilis knows me, and I explained that I was a trader. It did feel as though these guys have taken the shop over but dont know how to run it nor good customer service. I hope Mr Vasilis is well and comes back quickly, as the saying goes its easy to find a worker its hard to find staff with pure dedication and passion for success allowing business owners more time to grow business without the day to day headache of staff and delivering good service. Those who treat the shop as there own will succeed and those who work hard, rather than trying it on for £5. I was going to give a tip anyways of £3 but seeing as the workers who cheated out of £5 did so perhaps they will loose further custom if they run like this with other customers, Mr Vasilis worked hard, hope he is safe and well and returns when he is able to do so.
