Jay went above and beyond for me. He went out of his way to come to me to make sure that a part I had sent him was repaired and operational. He was also very knowledgeable and had a very good understanding of the work he was carrying out. I will certainly be in contact with Merc Masters in the future for any repairs I need.
I honestly can't fault this them! They where so so helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable! They are such a good team. Special mention to J, Cant recommend this place enough.
Just want to let people know that these guys are very professional and will help any way they can, Jay was able to help me via TEAMVIEWER and program a new ECU into a customers car. please give them a call with your Mercedes faults and i'm sure they will be happy to help with less than half the price of any dealership. Jay did a fantastic job for me. My Mercedes B Class had loads of issues. EIS, Steering lock, Gearbox Control Unit and Transmission Service. The car had been in another garage and couldn't be repaired.
He has asked me to come back after driving for 300 miles so he can check the car over again.
