Great service except ‘empty to empty’ fuel policy. It is much easier to top up the tank before returning the car, not when you pick up the car not knowing how much you’ll burn.

Booked an automatic vehicle online only to get a call the next morning telling me that it was not available so I've had to accept a different vehicle. Also asked about a refund and was told that would take 7 days!!
First and last time I use this company. Not been a great experience so far and I've not even picked up the car yet.

So the vehicle I've been given is smaller than the one I ordered and paid for so that's going to make it very difficult for me to take my daughter to her new university Plus I've emailed to the customer service and heard nothing back.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. Go somewhere else looks cheap but will scam you for scratches they tell you not to worry about on initial hire. Then take £250 out of your account without telling you. No paperwork sent via email and no customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Iwould have rated 0 but cant.
