I would recommend rooftop rooms to anyone considering a loft extension! They have done a fantastic job, high quality, friendly staff and the after care has been amazing! Rooftop rooms have done a fantastic loft conversion bedroom with en-suite in my home. The company are very organised with the work and a schedule was sent to me on a weekly basis so I knew what was happening each week. I was amazed at the speed of construction and the transformation is fantastic. All the workers were polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. The work was carried out to a high quality standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone or use them again in the future.

We recently completed our loft conversion and loft extension with Rooftop Rooms and couldn’t be happier with the decision. We decided to go with them based on the good reviews but also after speaking with Colin, who made us feel confident about their ability to handle the task. They were incredibly patient with our questions and worked with us until we were satisfied with the design. They did what they could to maximise the space. Kudos there to Phil and Sam! The entire team (our project coordinator, Hayley, Dan and all the guys on site as well as Gary whenever we had anything important to discuss) was fantastic. There were some bumps along the road but Rooftop was always reasonable and sorted everything out, providing reassurance and taking responsibility. That was highly appreciated. Challenges during this type of projects are to be expected but how they’re resolved is that counts. Rooftop’s quote for the conversion itself was competitive, although the extras can pile up quickly and these are relatively pricey. There is, however, no pressure from them whatsoever for you to add anything – just honest advice when needed. Our project additionally included certain refurbishment work on the first floor that they carried out at the same time without increasing significantly the timeline or creating any additional hassle. We would have loved to finish the project with Rooftop but we had some recommended traders by our family for the flooring and decorating. However, we had to wait for the snagging to finish before we could start with these remaining activities, which wasn’t too convenient. They were really fast at the outset of the project and progress was really visible from one day to the next, although they lost some momentum towards the end. They nevertheless kept the work within the timeline, based on the initial proposal which included flooring and decorating. In any case, we are very happy with the work and the result and we definitely recommend them.

*5 stars for Rooftop Rooms* We have recently completed a loft extension with Rooftop Rooms and they have given us our dream house! We have changed our two bedroom house in to a four double bedroom, two bathroom house and we couldn't be happier. Initially Colin came round and measured up and gave us a quote - what impressed us was how he suggested we maximise the space to give us two bedrooms instead of the one we were expecting. The quote was competitive (we saw two other companies)and Colin was very professional, not pushy at all. We were promised an "all-in" cost with no hidden extras. I can confirm this was the case and never was any extra cost sprung on us. We did choose to use Rooftop Rooms for the additional extras such as decorating and fitted wardrobes and the costs were always confirmed beforehand. Kerry and Hayley managed our project from the office and kept us updated weekly and were always on the end of the phone with any issues. We did hit a few bumps along the road (especially due to lockdown) but the team were calm and professional and always put me at ease. Gary would visit to check progress and discuss any issues or concerns too. I want to mention how professional the tradesmen were, they were always on time, made an effort to clean up at the end of every day and were very respectful of our house and our family. We had a great experience with Rooftop Rooms and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a loft conversion done by Rooftop - we went with them because their quote was competitive and the team friendly and knowledgeable about the job and it's implications, even at an early stage offering advice on the best way to proceed. During the build, they were always on hand to answer queries and were proactive in coming up with solutions to improve plans as we proceeded. Any snags were rectified and damage, which has to be expected on a large building project, repaired neatly. We're really happy with the end result.
