Had my eye brow wax very comfortable and the staff were really nice
I went to this salon several months ago, I asked for 'tidy up'... they nearly scalped my eyebrows. I then went to Capital where they do a MUCH better job. For some CRAZY reason, I went back to these people today. Never again.. its like going to a hairdresser and asks for trim and they scalp you. Listen to what the customer says. lesson for me and for You Go to Capital.. Much better, same price and you get a really good threading.
Next day... I keep looking at my eyebrows... What were you thinking?

Absolutely terrible brows- the lady clearly doesn't know how to tint and as for the threading, it was completely pointless. Won't be returning, would be nice to get a refund because the service was s**t.

I love this place and this people who always do best job
I first went here with my friend who had wonderful service and a flawless outcome of fake eyelashes. I went back the following day with a friend, expecting the service to be the same despite the person who was giving the treatment. We both had out eyelashes done, we were done in the same amount of time that it took my friend a single client to be done. I was asked if I had any issues with the eyelashes, I pointed out where my lash had been missed and there was one further up my eyelid making them look clumpy and obviously fake. Instead of redoing this eyelash she put more on me. My friend had multiple gaps, which she also pointed out but was old that's just her face.
Later, after walking around shopping, looking in lots of mirrors, I found eyelashes on my jumper were they'd been chucked on with no rest time, as I was hurried, I went back and they sorted them out but still left the clumps and had more on one eye than the other, and they fall out so easily too the day after. It's a real shame they couldn't be consistent, I've now spent £25 on eyelashes that are falling off and not done properly despite me and my friend going through what's wrong with them on return, trying not to look so odd.
