Madame Wax is the best wax in Cardiff. The girls are expertly trained and are also all so lovely, funny and totally put you at ease. I see Adele and she’s incredible! I’ve been getting waxed for 20 years and she is quite frankly the best I’ve had! I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else to have such an intimate and important treatment.
Very happy to have found this place, incredibly kind, very professional and a great job! Had a lovely chat as well, will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Courtney, she is lovely :)

First ever waxing experience and it wasn’t half as bad as I expected! Courtney was lovely and made me feel totally comfortable and we chatted the whole way through☺️ Would definitely recommend to others and will also definitely return!
After 12 months I braved it today and got waxed again after a previous bad experience. Madame Wax had been recommended by a friend, I was nervous but didn't need to be! Lindsey was absolutely fantastic, put me at ease straight away and she was so informative! The least painful wax I've ever had! The other staff members were very friendly and the salon itself was super clean - Even during these covid times I felt safe and comfortable. I've already booked in my next one! Huge thanks Lindsey x
