A brilliant service by the girls! Everyone's very welcoming and very friendly. Bethan did a brilliant job of my nails - she helped my decide on the best colours, shaped and painted my nails beautifully, and was very friendly and chatty throughout.

I have been going to this salon for a long time and cannot recommend it highly enough. The girls in here are super professional. They use lycon hot wax which is the best wax on the market and after you try it you won't ever go back to the torture of strip waxing ever again! During my last wax appointment I confided in one of the therapists that my skin is really bad lately and she has 30 years experience in skin care so she recommended a Guinot Hydrodermie facial. I booked in for the facial the following week and OMG the results are amazing I keep catching glimpses of myself in the mirror and I can't believe it my skin hasn't looked this healthy in years. The girls in wax pot really know their stuff. Fabulous salon- highly recommend it. Best wax in Cardiff and if your skin is in trouble go see Dee she will hook you up!!
