Best place I've ever had my eyebrows done
My go-to place for an eyebrow wax in Cardiff. The brow artists are really friendly and chatty, really knowledgeable about the products and are really professional - always taking their time with the service, explaining what they're doing and always do a brilliant job. I always go for the brow arch and tint which lasts me a good few weeks and then I just use a bit of Gimme Brow for extra definition. Love that you can book online now too!
I was recommended Megan so I booked in for a brow wax using the new online booking system. She was really friendly and did a great job! Best brows I've had. If you want good brows, I'd also recommend Megan!
The booking experience was terrible. I booked online a week ahead of time, received a confirmation email the morning before, and then an hour after the confirmation email had a barely audible phone message saying the time was no longer available. Couldn't hear the phone number they left, so looked it up, rang back twice, the phone wasn't picked up, and it's not possible to leave a message. On the third time got hold of someone who said that it would be possible to 'fit me in' (as though doing me a favour) 4 hours after my booked appointment. At short notice I couldn't do that, and now it's too late to book anywhere else before the wedding I'm attending at the weekend - if they had at least got in touch a couple of days earlier I could have gone elsewhere. This is really shoddy customer service, so I really wouldn't bother unless you have a lot of spare time on your hands and enjoy having it wasted. I tried to give no stars but the system wouldn't let me.
