One very rude member of staff has really put me off using this branch. Do not appreciate being shouted at and belittled for standing in "the wrong queue" (no signage indicating where to take returns...) and then shouted down every time I opened my mouth to speak to him - classic misogyny 👍🏻. Of course he was the only one not wearing a name badge, I feel for his poor colleges (who've always provided good service).
Nice shop and helpful staff. Love shopping there.
I am amazed by the attentive customer service. I would like to show my appreciation to Miss Esperance.

I don't live close to this branch, but because of the wonderful customer service I always shop here.
I bought an expensive item in this shop which broke in the first hour of using it and Argos refused to replace it.
Very disappointed with this ship.
I purchased an item, carefully opened the box to inspect, and needed to return it, still unused and in the original packaging. They outright refused to accept the return. I contacted head office and they too were unhelpful. I will never be purchasing from any Argos again.
