Normally very good but today customer's did not follow coivid rules?
Friendly staff. Only too happy to help. Shelves well stocked. Our go to foo. picnic food. Dinky Cornish pasties and Hog Roast Sausage Rolls😍
(Did this identify the store as Monmouth?) Standard M&S food hall experience; not as large as some but the usual range of basics. Interesting that it survives when there's a huge Waitrose - with a car park - nearby.
Lovely M&S store, always clean, tidy and well stocked. Excellent range of fresh fruit and vegetables, and the staff are nice too. My favourite lady on the checkout is Sheila, she is always so polite and friendly.
Very good staff excellent cannot fault the service.
