Second MOT booked with this company and first with the Harrow Branch. Very profession and polite staff, waiting area is clean. Able to book in advance using the website is a bonus. Highly recommended
Needed a tyre replaced and they managed to take car on time as agreed, would definitely use them again.
Went in for tyres and brake fluid change, wheel alignment check and winter check was included in the price however they didnt do the whole job. The brake fluid wasnt changed properly they didnt even bleed the rear brake pipes also the pedal started sinking jn too deep and the brakes are not biting as they used to before the fluid change, no wheel alignment done and no winter check, when i raised the issue they told me i need new brake pads and that they would do the alignment when i take the car back in for new pads needless to say i would not bring my car there again, also free dashcam offered on website with purchase if 2 or more tyres seems to be fake. I regret taking my car to them now.
Inaccurate advice give regarding my flat battery and alternator. Ended up buying a new battery to get my car home. Charged my old battery up over night and found both my battery and alternator works fine according to a volt meter I borrowed. Approached garage who says their machines showed alternator not charging and offered to show me the next day. Did advise my car was due to be part exchanged for a new car next day at 12pm. New battery bought to drive 400m home. Paid £85. Bitter taste and would not use them again.
