Great school. But too much homework for students. Other than that great
Absolute joke of a school, complete money making scheme charging children for the use of lockers. Yet if they do not buy one then they are not allowed into the canteen with a bag. As if the school uniforms and stationary doesn’t cost enough. Also writing to the parents asking for monthly ‘donations’. Embarrassment. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. School trips are also pricey. Not even worth one star.
I'm sure there are many, like me, that thought 'DNA', the Year 10 Drama Club play, on Wednesday 30th June, was outstanding. The finale of a wonderful Summer Showcase evening, which involved all year groups in art, music and drama, this was a very powerful piece about teenagers who do something bad and their attempts to cover things up. Each character was very natural and believable, which made it all the more gripping when the sinister side of 'Phil' and 'Kathy' began to emerge. 'Leah', the funny and tragic girl with anxiety and low self esteem, had so many lines, but Josie made it look effortless. Great job, everyone!
