I bought a car insurance from this company and was so impressed that I bought another policy for my second car. This company gives the best insurance especially if you don't cover a lot of miles in a year. So far I am very pleased because it has saved me a lot of money. Highly recommended plus for every person you introduce to this insurance company, you both get £50 credit towards your bill. Best insurance company ever.

Just phoned up to advise I don't want to renew my policy. It was up for renewal yesterday but I hadn't received the renewal documents so didn't get the reminder and forgot. Spoke to employee who advised reminders were sent on 29th and 31st October but from an email address not known to me so they went into my junk folder! Now they want £50 to cancel my policy. An absolute joke!

Omg! This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I was in a minor accident where the the other party was at fault, it's now been over a month and they passed me on to a different company to make a claim which you can't get through. After numerous calls to bymiles everytime I rang, another company answers which they claim to be a third party insurance. Some knew about my claim, some had no idea. How is it legal for 4 different companies so far and probably counting to share the same phone number? The number you are given for by Miles is not actually bymiles if you need to claim!!! The only 2 options I was given was to pay through my own insurance for the damage to my car or wait until I'm tired of waiting as they can't help me. The attitude is really bad. Cheap until you have to claim and then no one can help you. Pay more and go for a proper insurance company. These people are crooks!

Please avoid this company at all costs. They will try everything not to payout any money. Even after agreeing a payout they are not sending the money. At least a dozen representitives have said they will investigate and get back to me. They will put you on hold then cut you off! They tell me the money has been released over 3 weeks ago but still hasnt reached my account. They seem like a total scam of a company! I have the financial ombudsman involved but they have to wait 8 weeks before they can act. The latest customer service rep firmly told me its pointless phoning anymore to see why my money has dissapeared into thin air, because nobody can help me until the relevent department has responded to their email. Seriously!! Stay clear of this company! P.s they also try saying its not their fault as they sell the insurance for 3rd party companies. In my opinion thats not the customers problem!
