No one is here, and the paypoint keeping swallowing the coins. I can't pay with bank card, just coins and this is so annoying.

Never any staff on the premises. The coin machine is temperamental, a few times ive inserted 3 or 4 pound coins, but the last one keeps coming out, then you can't eject the coins you've already put in, and it times out and loose all your money. These launderettes are dated.....they need like a pre paid card operated facility, because it's so bloody hard to get change nowadays.....had to walk about for 30 minutes just trying to get change from somewhere.

First time we've used a lauderette...I can't believe how extortionate they are...Plus it's only a cold wash!!! Disgraceful!!!
