Chiswick Park Dry Cleaners

Amazing experience! I popped in last week for my lightly torn skirt, Eben was so friendly humble and helpful + great craftsmanship as well! He even offered me on-spot service. We had great chat. Then I was back on the same day to have the loosen buttons on my coat sewed, again Eben did them straight away and offered for free!! He said it was easy work not to worry however I guess it was his holy kindness :) Will definitely come back!

Best dry cleaner in London... Clothes always come back looking brand new.... And the shop owner (Eben I think his name is) is a very polite, friendly man.... I will be using here for years to come.... Would recommend all West Londoners to use here also

I hate to give it a 1* because the guy is so nice, but I took a suit and a separate pair of trousers in - suit was returned within a few days all good. Unfortunately I received someone else's trousers & mine went elsewhere. I returned the wrong trousers within a day or so, but it took a long time to track down where my trousers had gone to. In the end, it took me about 6 times to pop back and remind them I was still waiting on my trousers, of which he was very sincerely apologetic, but it seemed the onus fell to me, when I felt it really should be the other way around - but if I didn't keep chasing I felt like I wouldn't receive the trousers back. 2 months passes (of me popping in occasionally to act as a reminder), and I eventually move out of Chiswick. We left it that when the trousers were brought in (which was assured to me) he would ring me and we could discuss delivery. Another 2 months passes and I hear nothing. So I ask a friend who lives in the area to pop-in. Apparently they were waiting on me to pop in again... Either way, the trousers still aren't there, but my friend is assured they will be in the store the next day. My friend returns the next day and the trousers are not there because he'd forgotten to ring and get them brought in. My friend returns the next day to receive the trousers, which are, once again, not my trousers. The trousers I took in were about a 32" black more cargo-style. These must have been about a 54" blue tailored pair. Nevertheless, I'm adamant they have no idea where my trousers are. I understand that mistakes happen, and as a result I was very patient over the process, but I was disappointed with how it was dealt with. I am now out of pocket for the trousers and the service itself.

Love this place. Once I got to the station and realised I don't have my wallet and the man who works there Eben lent me £10 so I can get to work and buy lunch! Who does that in this day and age? I've become a loyal customer and get all my cleaning done here. They do a great job.

NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE - they've ruined my jacket which used to be a bright yellow and is now a faded dirty 'smoked' yellow, filled with stained streaks of grey/blueish colour. They probably used so much dry cleaning powder that stripped my jacket of its bright, shining yellow. The result is a dull and dirty looking yellow. It's also got three black 'slashes which look like marks from a byro pen. When complaining, Shariean said that these marks were all probably there but couldn't be seen. Well, if the jacket was dark and filthy, maybe I'd take that, but not a light coloured (YELLOW!) jacket. She wouldn't give me my money back, told me to take the jacket somewhere else and to sue them if I wanted my money back. Since I actually wished to have my jacket in its original condition rather than money, I'll do my best to get these people out of business!!!
