I've used this dry cleaners a couple of times and have been satisfied, but the most recent time I used them I lost my ticket - I'm sure this has happened to many before. Having described every detail of the item perfectly, the lady firstly said they didn't have it. It turns out they did have it, having asked her to look again and present the item to me, but refused to give it to me as I don't have the ticket. No one but the item owner (me) could describe it like I did. Quite disappointed... wonder if I’ll get it back

I was in desperate need of getting my underpants cleaned so popped in here on the off chance. I was not dissapointed. They sorted out my skids in no time and left my knickers smelling minty fresh. 10/10 would recommend

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars, so will stick to 1. Gave them loads of clothes for ironing only. The work was sub-standard, and the tee shirts had crease lines even as we brought them home. One of my wife's dress and one of my shirts were so badly done it looked like they just missed them in the lot. I took back a smaller lot to show them and was met with the rudest behaviour I have seen for a while from behind the counter. Actual quotes, delivered very rudely: - "This dress should be dry cleaned, this is as much we can do." - "You were the ones who didn't want the tee shirts on a hangar, how can you complain now?" (well I did tell them no need to waster hangers, but then I didn't know they were worse than me in folding clothes. And that doesn't excuse the rudeness anyway) - "This shirt is ironed so bad, it is not my work." (not sure what he meant, looked like he was suggesting I was trying to sneak in a fresh shirt to be ironed. Some scam idea!) I am taking my business elsewhere, I suggest you do the same. Plenty of options in the area.
