Half of the dryers have been out of order for months and about a quarter of the washing machine’ too. The attendant says the owner is aware but doesn’t do anything about it even though I’ve heard other customers raising the same complaint with her several times before. Today my entire laundry load was dried with what must have been molten lava; either that or by nuclear fusion. I couldn’t even take my clothes out because they were so hot. When I complained to the attendant she said that she knew this particular dryer was way too hot as ‘it had been like that for ages’ but hadn’t put a warning sign on it as all the other customers were aware and preferred to use it as it dried their clothes very quickly. It’s worth noting that it takes the few other working dryers at least 30 minutes to dry a full load (sometimes longer). This faulty one must have done dried my wash load in a record 5! I wish I had known that before coming back to a nuked load off warped, shrunk and scalding clothes. I wouldn’t bother with this place if I were you, but instead walk the small extra distance to the one on the high street. I certainly will be from now on!

It washed my clothes it £6.70 I paid for a big machine didn't use the dryer as I have a dryer at home, I needed some change and there was none to give me change had to go to the nearest shop.

Went, washed, not much else to add. Maybe that is a good thing. You only have something to say when it goes wrong.

Decent laundry service, machines are old but does the work. Sometimes many machines would be out of service, but they try to fix it within a week.
