Most of the machines are out of order. The dryers seem old but still effective. Prices are hight and opening times not accurate.

Well I don't even know where to start, the place is somewhere you go if needs must but I totally stopped when on one occasion, I was sorting my laundry, I saw an old lady come in to request for her clothes to be serviced, so the lady running the place proceeded to take her bag and requested for the elderly lady to come back, throughout the time, I am sitting and waiting and reading to pass the time, when the old lady comes back to her dismay her clothes had been ruined with another colour. She was clearly dismayed but throughout this she was so sweet and polite, bless her 😥 but the lady working was putting all the blame on her and saying that, that is a risk that clearly comes with using a launderette. I expressed my views to the lady worker but since then have never gone back, I now use the launderette in grove park, a great place with fantastic service!

This business has a unreliable opening time. It clearly states here that this place opens at 9 am but in fact it opens at 10 am. If you do not open at 9 am, please consider to be more respectful to clients and change it in Google. It is a very straightforward process. Many thanks!!!

Their tumble dryer needs updating as it doesn’t dry up my clothes properly. The lady who minds the shop is very helpful and lovely.
