My new go to place for all my drug requirements.
They lost my prescription.
This particular boots pharmacy delivers constantly all negative experience. Ladies seem to have all the time in the world to even acknowledge your presence. When it happens, they have eternal problem finding your prescription, claiming that it is not there, or the system is faulty, or the doctor did not send it because "sometimes they just don't send the prescription until later..." Then, after a long and painful wait (and a trip to the doctor's surgery to ask about the prescription- it's been send over a long time ago) the prescription has been found among other prescriptions right there on the side. It was enough to check. It is not the first time...so one star it is.
Small Boots attached to the surgery. Friendly and helpful staff though there can be quite a wait to get prescriptions.
