Nice team. They helped fit me in after my dog ate a chicken bone and my normal vets couldn't see him. They were very patient and kind with him. A little pricey for consultation (£42) but very happy with the help and care they provided for my dog

The team at Zasman are lovely. Took my rescue cat Olive in and they’ve been beyond helpful. Really put me at ease. Would definitely recommend them!

Awful experience. My dog had two injuries on her rear leg/paw, one of them wasn’t as obvious as the other one and the vet didn’t check for any other issue rather than the one I pointed out, as if it wasn’t their responsibility to check. Either way, my dog is the most docile thing on earth despite her size and after she gently pulled her paw twice from examination (and even tho everything was absolutely under control) the vet threatened *sedating* her. The vet then barely shaved the wounded area, superficially looked at the paw and said she wouldn’t investigate further and that only if it got worse in the following 3 days would I have to bring her back and then they would sedate her (I don’t know what’s their obsession with it) because whatever punctured her paw would likely be lodged in the paw. I then started thinking that the vet was scared of my dog (?????) They charged me £170 between shaving the wounded area, putting on cream, bandaging the wound and sending me home with her with a cone and an antibiotic. And we were supposed to go back within a week for a check up and within 3 days to redo the bandage. I spoke with the vet and said I would redo the bandaging myself (rather than pay the additional £25 to get there and have it done by someone else) and she gave me instructions/tips. When I called again to ask for any new costs for the return consultation they said that because I decided to rebandage at home I would have to pay as if it were first consultation and not return. I proceeded to ask for my dog’s records and to be deleted from their patient database. Unbelievable rip off and lack of professionalism. They’re running a business there, not a caring, competent clinic. Anyhow... it’s nearly two weeks from the day we went there and I woke up to my dog licking her paw incessantly. When I checked it, her secondary wound was very exposed now and the paw swollen to the size of her head. Going to have to take her to an emergency clinic since it’s holiday season and no regular vets will be open for the next few days.

We recently moved to the area and decided to go with Zasman Vet and am so glad we did! So far they have looked after our cat superbly and have been very friendly and informative for future treatments needed. Thank you!
