A wonderful place to visit for any animal lover not just children. Staff very obviously love each individual animal & know their little likes & dislikes. Had a wonderful experience can't wait to go again.
Unbelievable experience. A little Brazilian Amazon. Lots of different reptiles, birds and animals. By the way: at the reception is a lovely girl pigš. Definitely I will be back!
Such a wonderful and unique experience! We took our son for his 4th birthday and couldnāt of enjoyed it more, the variety of animals was brilliant and Lily and her colleague were amazing. We canāt wait to come again!
Had an amazing experience today, took my 5 year old son and mother in-law who is visiting us from Corfu! Big thank you to Sophie as she went over and beyond to explain the animals in Greek to my mother in-law! Fabulous customer service from all the team there! Donna and Kerri were fantastic. They put themselves out to enable a private party for my dad's 90th birthday and coped with my dad's Alzheimer's and my son's autism with compassion and patience. They are clearly dedicated to the animals and ensuring everyone has a wonderful time, which we all did. Well worth the money and would definitely recommend to everyone. keep up the great work ladies!
