Thank goodness for Gwyn and his expertise. He was able to give us the benefit of his knowledge and made suggestions that had never occurred to us which resulted in a much better kitchen than we had thought was possible. His suggestions really made the difference to the outcome. He managed the whole process smoothly and although I had been dreading it I was really impressed with both his professionalism and that of his team. Workmanship and finish were of the highest standard and we are really pleased that we chose to use his company to update our kitchen.

I need to post my review about GT Kitchens, Gwyn was recommended to us by some friends who had used GT Kitchens, both for themselves and their parents, and we saw the finished work and were suitably impressed. We needed to replace our old small kitchen and wanted to have a wall knocked down to make way for a completely new open plan kitchen diner. We liked Gwyn from the very first time we meet him in his premises and when he came to the house to measure up prior to quoting. He was able to design a kitchen that fitted our needs, and was very clear in explaining what was possible and what wasn’t. He was very helpful with the many decisions that had to be made and gave us options along the way, rather than it being done without choice. We used the builders etc that Gwyn recommended and they were all very dedicated, we left tea/coffee/biscuits but they hardly touched them. We thought the work was going to be really messy, with the wall being knocked down and a ceiling coming down etc, but we were very impressed as when we came home each day, the mess was virtually non existent (they even hoovered the stairs on several occasions - we have an upside down house with kitchen being upstairs). Now that it’s finished and walls painted, it looks amazing, my wife still can’t get over this showroom kitchen being ours. We are so impressed with the end result, the various appliances are good quality and a joy to use. (My wife has rediscovered the joy of cooking…) I must point out the quality of Gwyn’s workmanship. His attention to detail is superb and he was putting as much effort into this as if it was going to be his own kitchen. I can’t stress enough how good the quality of his craftsmanship is and the materials he uses. I would highly recommend Gwyn to anyone who is considering a major change - it’s worth it and worth getting the right tradesmen in. (I sorry if this sounds like an advertisement for him, but we, as you can tell are so impressed). Thanks to you Gwyn.

Recently asked Gwyn and the Team to gut and redesign our very old upstairs bathroom. We are delighted with the result. Standard of work is first class as GT use a group of talented plumbers, electricians, tilers and plasterers. Everyone turned up on time, unless we were advised otherwise in good time. Any minor problems after the work was completed were handled swiftly and efficiently. We would thoroughly recommend Gwyn, Tracy and the GT Team and hope to use them again in the future. We were looking for a new kitchen and had done the rounds with Wren and Sigma 3, but I made an ad-hoc visit to GT Kitchens showroom whilst passing one day. I had a good chat with Gwyn's boss, Tracy, who arranged for Gwyn to visit our home. It was apparent that he had a wealth of experience and he offered some great ideas in terms of layout and design, that we hadn't considered. There is no substitute for experience so following some detailed advice from Gwyn, our original design went out of the yet to be installed window. It was a bit of a Kaa, (Jungle Book) moment where we placed our trust in him. As the room needed a complete overhaul, Gwyn's ensemble of trusted tradesmen transformed the space so that it was ready for the kitchen to be installed. Paul and his team did a brilliant job on the building works, Duggie provided and installed superb windows/doors and Ross did a first class electrical job. What was particularly pleasing is that the above mentioned team, worked hard to make sure that the unavoidable dust and disruption was kept to an absolute minimum. Gwyn's work and attention to detail is second to none, it was clean, tidy and precise. He takes an obvious pride in his work and doesn't cut any corners, save the precise cuts on the plinths. He also went the extra mile to resolve a pre-existing problem with the plumbing which was very much appreciated. The kitchen is modest in terms of size, but it is packed full of integrated hi tech appliances and devices. It has beautiful silestone worktops expertly supplied by Celtic Granite Solutions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GT Kitchens and Bathrooms and I don't think we could be more pleased with the outcome, so thank you very much Gwyn and the whole team.
