If I could give them 0 stars I would. He puts safety pins through your clothes & clothes labels to tag them for pick up leaving holes In the clothes! Why wouldn’t you tag the clothes on the hanger Instead pushing pins though my clothes leaving noticeable holes?! Very very upset by this! Would never use them again.
These guys are the gold standard for any family business. Charming, helpful owner who organises the dry cleaning and never forgets to smile, his father, who is the most gifted tailor, works at the front. Everything they have done for us (and there has been lots!) has been 100% perfect. I love this place.
