I visited Timpsons in Haringay, North London today 17/12/20. The assistant was at the computer reading something, I was waiting for him to turn around and notice that I was there, he never acknowledged I was there, he knew i was, as I was talking to a person at the sliding door then it closed behind me, then my phone rang, which I ignored as I thought I was going to get served, he still never looked up. After at least 10 minutes, of waiting , I walked out in disgust, this was very bad customer service, he should of at least looked up and said, ill be with you in a bit or something.... very disappointed.. Will not use this shop again

Today I had a watch fixed by Michael he demonstrated great customer service and was a very friendly chap. A credit to Timpson.
