I have read many of the negative reviews and would completely disagree in terms of my experience. The key thing is to communicate and then you will be surprised at how helpful Trikon can be. We had a couple of minor issues with the start of the contract but nothing that Karl and the team didn't sort quickly. They have been more than flexible during the last 3 months of C-19 so no complaints there. To be honest their service so far has been excellent and far far better than Biffa ever were. We have been with Trikon for a year and they have been very flexible with our contract, collections have been timely and have supported us through our necessary adaptions due to Covid-19. For reference our business is Food For Life Wales based in Cardiff Bay. Highly recommended!

Would give zero stars . we have been tied into contract with Trikon. They promised so much. Have received no collection for the past 2 months. They said we should take our waste to their office due to current staff shortages. Have been let down and our waste has accumulated during the past 2 months Poor , irregular service from the start . would not recommend to anyone for Trikon to be their Waste Collector . They charge for the annual Waste Transfer Note and are more expensive per lift than other companies like the council or even their subsidary company Euro recycle. We were promised so much and received service nothing like their promises made by their salesman Karl Avoid and choose the council instead, who have not let us down during these current difficult times

Thankfully we ended our service with Trikon. They deducted the annual waste licence transfer fee in the last week of the year. In the following week in the new year started sending emails asking for payment if the cardboard collection was to be continued. We ignored the emails as we had already paid £98.40, After they had taken the payment of £98.40, A few weeks later they sent an email stating "In recent months we have seen the cardboard market drop dramatically which means we are no longer able to offer cardboard collections free of charge." Suddenly in the 3rd week in January they decided to stop collecting and requested more money. We would not recommend Trikon to be their Waste Contractor as they are a bunch of thiefs. They charged nearly £100 for 3 cardoard collections and wanted to charge extra fr continuing! They are more expensive per lift than other local companies that provide free waste transfer note. Avoid this company as they break their promises when it suits them.
