Came in to EMA Lighting about a month ago looking for new fittings for our new home. Firstly, we were greeted and made very welcome, we weren't pounced on or felt obliged to purchase anything that day. Both my husband and myself were in the showroom for a good hour and a half and the service was second to none. Secondly, We were offered to make ourselves comfortable whilst we took our time to go through the many suppliers' catalogues that EMA had to offer ( and there are a few!!) We drew up a list of what we were looking to purchase but we were asked if we would like a quote drafted up before committing to a large purchase (this is not something we thought could be done!!). Lastly, Hubby and I left the showroom happy and confident that should we go through with the sale, we wouldn't be concerned about after care sales, the whole team at EMA were amazing, helpful and each Lady in there offered different opinions along with pros' and cons'. Needles to say , we have been kitted out in some of the most beautiful light fittings that compliment our new home to the 'T'. We are returning very soon!!!!!

We've bought some lovely light fittings from here, very friendly service nothing too much trouble, after sales service excellent, we found they were the best prices around.
