As per previous reviewer we also have a crack in our toilet seat from normal use. My husband has contacted a couple of times but no response at all. When we bought from Gavin he was responding to us at all hours of the day so feel a bit let down that no response when there's an issue. If he was able to get back tonus that would be great as we are struggling to find a replacement due to the shape. Thank you

DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY WHIT THIS PLACE!!!!. I ordered my bathroom from this guy call Gavin. Did not make anything clear so the pallet turned up didn’t tell me parts were missing so I had to find out for myself, I upgraded on a free radiator me which wasn’t even in stock so I requested for a redound and my discount of £30 was meant to be paid back as I wasn’t taking the radiator. Fitted in the shower and then find out it’s damaged called them up they said they’ll deal with it and up date me. Called them now to see what’s going on as it’s been 4 days guess what they don’t have know records of emails or anything we discussed. They hung up on me and won’t answer my calls anyone. Will be contacting trading standards.

rude, rude, rude Gavin just has no clue about customer service. His answer to people's concern is to dismiss and pretend they did not buy from him. That will not resolve anything.
