The staff at Manor Oak surgery are fantastic. It's been amazing to have their support during my husbands illness. They have gone above and beyond. Awesome 👍👏
The Team are highly effective, and deliver a first-class service! The front desk / phone crew are courteous, and make patients feel really welcome, even when they are under pressure!
Very good although sometimes running very late (20 mins plus on one occasion).
Admittedly no longer registered to this doctors, but I called for some advise that I felt was urgent and the receptionist was rude and snobby towards me and I feel it could have been dealt with in a politer manor. To add to the record I had previously been part of the surgery for 5+ years.
