C2C is generally an excellent line with modern trains and mostly on time. Obviously it's about timing, out of rush hour times the platform is clear, coffee shop available and public toilets. There is a particular guy who works by the barriers who welcomes passengers with a friendly greeting and smile, how nice to have such service, well done whoever you are.
