Matt and his team were fantastic from start to finish, very helpful and great service. I gave Matt a few ideas and he took them away and created a masterpiece. The craftsmanship and design was excellent. Highly recommend Northern Star and will defiantly be back in the future.
I decided 6 weeks ago to have a last minute private wedding. I was panicking that I didn’t have a wedding ring and visited the store in Penarth. I chose a ring and Matt made me feel at ease and reassured me the ring would be designed and sent out within 3 weeks. I’m so so pleased with my ring and the service I experienced and would highly recommend!
They spoilt my ring. They put in stabilising beads that were so big it didn't fit. Filed them down badly, had to redo. It is better now but I bitterly regret having them done. Several months on I still look at my ring and wonder how I ever got persuaded to have the work done (I went in for something else!). Not an acceptable standard of workmanship.

I worked with Northern Star earlier this year to have a family heirloom diamond re-set. From start to finish, the whole team were extremely helpful, responsive and made it a wonderful experience. My new ring is breathtaking and gets regular compliments. The service was so good, my boyfriend then used Northern Star to create my engagement ring, which again is amazing- beautiful craftsmanship and excellent service- have been recommending to everyone!
