I took my car for mot and it passed and the staff was brilliant and they done mot quick I am really pleased and I recommend them to anyone as the customer service was very quick helpful.

Very rude receptionist. Not even trying to understand the issue . Sorry you guys do not deserve to serve the service to your local people. Also if you are booked till next Tuesday then tell that before the conversation not after . And try and get the details first rather then saying you don’t do this & that . Understand the situation and the story first from your customer. The way the reply was not acceptable.
