Very Poor accounts department. Chased me for a payment she claimed i had not made and then threatened me with court action. Only for me to show proof of payment . This lady has done this with a few locksmiths. I don't use them anymore.Very unprofessional and i would avoid .
Came here for a replacement car key & the lovely man fixed it for us instead of having to replace it. Amazing service and lovely staff ☺️
Always first class service ,staff are very professional, and often have time for a little chat.
I had a group attempt to rob my work van and my ignition barrel was damaged during them trying, a friend recommended NW Keys so i called them and explained and was told they’d sort it.
So i called in with my ignition key and they made a barrel to suit my original key which has worked great and was reasonable priced, whilst i was there i had a extra key for my car and that’s been fine.
Few week later my Mrs car was having ignition problems and the key wasn’t turning, called in had a new barrel and then blade of the key all fitted and that’s been great.
Bargain.just got key blade replaced.everywhere else wanted 4x the price I paid
