I recently used Alan Simons and Company for residential conveyancing purposes and all the staff were very friendly and helpful but I wanted to personally thank Gian and Chris for all their support during what was a stressful and difficult sale. Their continued support both in terms of communication and professionalism, helped me through the process and I felt I was in complelty safe and trustworthy hands. Fantastic service. Legal matters are really stressful for ordinary people like me, especially when you are going through a trauma & don't know what to do. the solicitor was absolutely amazing - supportive, used non- legal language & explained throughout the process. the price was extremely reasonable & nothing was too much trouble. totally reccomend the solicitor I had!

Chris handled our house sale. He was thorough, patient and quick to answer our queries. His efficiency kept our sale moving forward.
Customer service was appalling. My calls and emails were never answered and no reasonable excuse was given. I never even got to speak to the solicitor after the initial consultation. In the end I stoped chasing and decided I had to go somewhere else as time was of the essence. Would never use or recommend them.
