I have just phoned this company with a query as to whether they cut keys. The male I spoke to on the phone must have been having a bad day as he told me that he was a locksmith and changed locks before slamming the phone down. If this is the typical level of politeness and courtesy shown to customers then this does not auger well if you are doing business. Politeness costs nothing and will avoid getting reviews such as this.
