Poor experience unfortunately regarding the purchase of a £500 parasol. First bought a Gloucester parasol and base and upon opening the box, assembling it and filling base with water, it leaked. Moulding was poor quality. Exchanged locally for a Lichfield model instead and paid extra. Granite base this time. Opened box assembled and 1 granite section cracked and 2 small holes in parasol. Returned to shop again and exchanged for the same. Replacement also had the same 2 holes. Garden centre opened 4 other boxes and all were faulty and no quality check likely to have been done when made. Very disappointing and as we returned the last one and changed for a KETTLER parasol instead, another customer turned up with another faulty Bramblecrest parasol. Very poor!

I have purchased Bramblecrest, Oakridge six seater dining set with parasol and granite base. It is fantastic quality and looks stunning! Exceptionally well made and very comfortable. Would definitely reccomend. 100% satisfied

I have nowreceived a full replacement of cushions from Bramble Crest and Old Barn. Cushions have faded. I was initially thrilled with our wedding present but after three months the cushions faded and left uneven marks where the back cushions sit on the seat cushions. We were told Bramble was the best and that the cushions were season/weather proof. I contacted the nursery where we bought it from and they said, they'd being trying to get hold of Bramble but couldn't and that we'd have better luck complaining to Bramble ourselves. I sent emails with photos and I've called numerous times but can't get through to anyone. We're really disappointed. This furniture set is a wedding gift that was meant to last years and cost a lot of money. It should do what was advertised.

I've had my bramblecrest for 17 years never done any thing to it till now just given it a light sanding looks good as new well pleased

Beautiful furniture but glass not fit for purpose and poor customer service. We have a lovely garden table and chairs made by Bramblecrest. It is great looking, much admired and the wicker seems to withstand the weather well. However, during the last (very) hot day the glass on the table shattered - it just went pop! There was a lot of glass shards to clear and dispose of which are surprisingly heavy. Getting a replacement glass top is a nightmare, you cannot deal with Bramblecrest directly, you have to go through whoever supplied the table. DO register your product when you buy it and buy through a reputable supplier, check them out first and make sure they give you a good guarantee.
