Lemon Tree Financial has been invaluable at helping to secure my mortgage! I was a first time buyer and I had no idea what I was doing. Mitul Patel was so professional and explained everything so I was reassured and understood the process completely. Without Lemon Tree Financial I wouldn't of got the mortgage to purchase my first home. Due to the current climate and coronavirus. The bank wanted to increase the deposit and I wouldn't of been able to afford the property I wanted. Through Lemon Tree Financial and Mitul Patel's experience and hard work managed to get the bank to reduce the deposit so I could buy my dream home.
