Excellent.They are so so helpful. They even repaired my trolley -with a new frame etc.Wonderful for all my shoe repairs etc. Great to have a Family Buisiness too. Shop local.
Good prices but unfortunately only one out of two keys cut worked. Not so much of an issue but when I returned and asked for a refund the shop assistant was very curt and said, "In the future, go to Timpsons." She then proceeded to turn her back on me, threw the key down on the side and walked out the back.
I was somewhat taken aback by her manner, as a little politeness goes a long way. The shop has the potential to be lovely but the customer service needs addressing.
Subsequently, the service I received at Timpsons was fantastic. The keys worked, the explanation was clear and the assistant was kind and helpful; worth paying the extra couple of pounds for.
Service way beyond expectations. News heels put on my shoes, plus some repairs and stitching, all done to an exceptional standard. Repairs and stitching just carried out as part of the re-heeling, and not charged for. Shoes look like new!
