Alex and his crew were fantastic. I was able to book on the Friday afternoon for the next day and my expectations were exceeded. After considering having to replace two carpets and an armchair due to a multitude of drinks and powder stains from previous Airbnb guests I was over the moon to find them all gone. Great customer service and communication, I cannot recommend magic carpet cleaning enough.

Very happy with the service we've received. They arrived within the allotted time frame and were able to remove the stains from the carpet very quickly. We're very happy with the result.

I was told that the cost of all my cleaning would be 130 quid. This was in writing on email and specified all the items and rooms to be cleaned. The guy shows up with an attitude problem and started to ask how much I have agreed with HQ for the clean. I said 130 quid. He said it was impossible. I asked him to call the HQ. They had a huge argument on the phone. Then he insisted that I had to pay more otherwise he will not do the job. I told him to leave. I had driven 40 mins from my home to the tenant home to sort out the cleaning (and had to bring my babies in tow cos I couldn't find childcare in time) but I will not deal with unprofessional people who would hold me hostage on time and price. If the price is too good, it's probably because they will tell you it's a different amount later. I was assigned a Mr Lyudmil Stublenski. EDIT AFTER MAGIC'S RESPONSE: I don't usually respond to the supplier response but this one really takes the cake. I think everybody can see it for themselves that instead of apologising for the error, they sent me an email demanding that I edit my review and threatening to sue for "personal defamation". I am permitted to list names of your service personnel. LOL my husband works for a law firm so this certainly made my day. I wasn't 45 mins late. I was told that the technician would call me 30 mins before arriving so I would have time to travel to the property. He called only when he was 10 mins away. I spoke to Alex who said they would wait. I took about 40 mins due to traffic. The guy shows up 5 mins after I arrived. I supposed he went to eat lunch or something. He certainly wasn't waiting outside my house. Anyway, here's the email of them threatening to sue in the photo. Enjoy their service. I always love a business who shoots themselves in the foot. PS. I'm a Google Local Guide Level 7, which also means my reviews always show almost right at the top of everybody's searches. Good luck rubbing this stain off. Finally, as a property manager for the last 12 years, I always agree a final price and obtain insurance certificates before I permit anybody into my property. I used another cleaning company for the last 5 years and they clean the same exact stuff for 135 every year. It is ridiculous to say that nobody would agree a fixed price before seeing the property. How much bigger can a double room get in London Canary Wharf? 130 is not far from this so when I didn't get any response from my old company (I suppose due to COVID19), I decided to choose a new company. To be fair, I would probably have paid the increased rate if it was probably explained nicely to me as I do understand that misunderstandings can occur. But Jesus, I cannot deal with people with an attitude problem. I didn't cancel on you. The guy who showed up said to me he refuses to do the job so I just told him he could leave! Finally, as I expect retaliation from these vindictive people, I now remind you of GDPR laws and expect you to delete all my previous correspondence and my personal data with immediate effect. The GDPR Laws only goes one way. You have a duty to protect the secrecy of data of your customer. It does not roll the other way. Finally, judging by your reviews, you probably had 1 great technician called Tiho and everybody else has an attitude problem.
