They burnt the fur on my coat and then lied and said it was like that already, when originally when I first saw it the owner said it will be replaced. He put all the blame on the worker and they were very rude to me pointing in my face, I had just had a cancer scare my mum went to pick it up as I have been stressed out and he had the cheek to charge her 12 pound for a burnt coat! Very friendly staff. Excellent tailors, at very good price they have been making clothes for me and my friends for almost 2 years now each of them is tip top perfect for my body and style.
Friendly staff. I only wanted small amounts of fabric and they were able to accommodate. Good variety of colours and designs. I would definately use again.
