I have been to this jewellers several times over the years and the service is exceptional. Caroline is always polite, helpful and has great customer service. No matter what is going on she is always on hand to help. I would recommend this jewellers to anybody as you won’t be disappointed. I feel a lot of other jewellers should learn from Caroline Grace jewellers on how to treat and serve customers without being dismissive.

What a loving and warm atmosphere to walk into. I was buzzed in and welcomed by Caroline and her assistant - they immediately stopped what they were doing to help me. I would thoroughly recommend, absolutely brilliant service. I’ll be back for sure
