I could not be more appalled by the Customer service in this shop. I’ve bought lots of Jewellery from f.hinds however I would never shop at the Camberley branch again. They didn’t help me to find a ring in my size instead of having to send it off and bring it back as I already did that with a previous ring, which they couldn’t re-size even though being told by three people they could. There was no one else in the store at this point, if it was busy I could understand maybe not helping me with my request as it would of taken a while however not one of them had to motivation to help me with a ring. No customer service at all in this branch.
I knew what I wanted so the Manager was able to peruse the stock system and get my item ordered straight away. Paid & will be delivered in a fortnight.
The staff were excellent. Really patient with my daughter. She decided to have a melt down just before she was going to have her ears pierced. They were kind no pressure and very patient with her. Thank you for the great experience.
