poor customer service from one of the two staff members working on Wednesday morning. Very abrupt and rude manner when telling me where to stand (I was standing on a circle which said "please wait here" but apparently should have been standing on a different circle which also said "please wait here") I would suggest that you use lockdown to make your signage clearer and retrain your staff member in how to have a polite and pleasant manner.
