Nice bunch of lads in there and good customer service however wouldn’t be massively keen to go back due to the lack of range of watches. The service was good however I felt that they were a tad unorganised when packing up a new purchase, Service was a tad slow and it definitely felt longer.

Lovely little jewellery store with some beautiful unique pieces, my husband and son brought me a beautiful necklace for my 40th birthday, it was unique and beautiful, they were also happy to change the chain length as the standard chain was short and I had a larger neck back then, I have necklaces brought since which thanks to weight loss no longer need to change the chain. But I have to say if you're looking for something unique for both men and women I would recommend this store. The only negative is the parking, as it's in the high street there is limited parking, although there is a couple of car parks within a short walking distance. My husband actually walked past this jewellers and spotted my necklace, but in the past they have been recommend to me by my grandmother as they deal with alterations and battery changes for an extremely competitive price. I would definitely recommend 👍

went in and asked nicely for some information on a watch to see if it was genuine. he instantly said no because how could i possibly have a £5000 watch. I informed him it was from family to which he replied why would they give you a £5000 watch if it was real. He didn't even look at the watch. i would happily of paid for his time taking a look at the watch as i didn't want to try selling a watch i didn't know was real or not.

Wonderful service in this shop. My go to shop for watch straps and batteries, they went out of their way to mend my 90 year old mum's talking watch. She was so relieved to get it back very quickly.
