The staff at this branch are excellent.They only human but considering that it can get quite packed for a small branch they're very professional and go all out for you. I've seen people become incredibly confrontational and they've remained professional and calmly defused the situation.They answer phones whenever I call up and are very well informed too. Thank you for such a amazing team. Your the BEST!!
Great chief pharmacist and the whole team are just amazing and I couldn't sing their praises enough. They had cared for my prescription, daily collection. They've never discriminated against anyone as far as I had seen who were accessing the Needle exchange but none the less the staff and pharmacist who were running this sufficient service had had several altercations with service users. I just wanted to say that we as users of any service should know how to conduct themselves appropriately, no? They've minimised more so what's done their now for service user's for obvious reasons. Why can't people behave like...decently? I'm still using another of their branches as a result of the care provided to me by this pharmacy!! Thank you for your care.
