awful. if you want wrong parts or not get them at all these are the people to use if they answer the phone that is.peugeot citroen made a big mistake putting it all in one hub and dong away with the local franchise.call these people if you want to hang on the phone for hours.

Tried to get a refund on a rim I didn't need and it's been a nightmare. Absolutely shocking customer services. Difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone, if I get through to someone they always say leave your phone number and we will get back to you. It's been four months since I originally ordered it and I am not sure if I will see that money again (or the rim for that matter). We were considering upgrading from our 208 but that will not be happening and won't be renewing my Peugeot insurance.

Parts advisor is very rough of answering phone calls, not helpful of finding patrs at all for trade
