This was my first experience of Hayes Toyota. I find the staff very friendly, not just with me but with others too. While I was waiting for my car job, one of the customers who came very angry and looked liked as he was about to abuse , I saw him leaving thanking the desk staff. Amazing. I was offered tea and their washroom was so clean and nice smelling, I felt at home. Unbelievable standard of hygiene.

I have received an exceptional and professional services from employees Paris and Sandeep at Hayes Toyota. Paris was very supportive, exceptionally professional and puts you at ease. Too often people are quick to complain about services, so I think that when one has received exceptional service over and above what they were expecting, they should show recognition of this and you should be very proud to have an exceptional employee like Paris!
