Great place to get your medication. Friendly staff and a fabulous range of perfumes at very good prices. In most cases a lot cheaper than anywhere else!
At home I noticed I only got 100 out of the 500 test strips that I got prescribed, so I called them and asked if it really just says 100 on the prescription. They claimed it does and that the GP must have made a mistake. The GP just called me and said that when she called and asked they told her it was 500 and that they had on their own decided to not give me the full amount, because they think they know better how many I need. One phone call to my GP would have solved the problem. Instead they lied to me! Type 1 diabetes is not type 2! I take insulin (which is potentially deadly) and hence need to measure multiple times per day. I'm also trying to get pregnant. The NICE guidelines state 4 to 10 strips per day in that case! The disease is bad enough, but dealing with this sort of thing makes it so much worse. It is unnecessary.
